How we work together.
The short, readable version. The written quote you receive for a project takes priority over anything written here.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote describing what will be built, the price in US dollars and the expected timeline. That quote is the agreement. If you later ask for something outside it, we confirm any change in price or timing before doing the work.
What is included
Each package includes strategy, copywriting, custom design, development and one full round of revisions. Additional rounds or new pages are quoted separately. Unless the quote says otherwise, third-party costs such as your domain and hosting are paid directly by you.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business details and only supply photos and text you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims on your site, including licences, service areas, pricing and warranties.
Payment
The schedule is set out in your quote. Work begins once any deposit stated in the quote has been received. The final balance is due before the site is connected to your live domain. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the design and content produced for you. The domain, hosting account and site files are registered in your name. We may keep a copy for our records and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Search rankings
We build sites so search engines and AI crawlers can read and index them properly. We cannot and do not guarantee a particular search position, because rankings are controlled by search engines and competitors.
Launch and support
Launch help is included. We fix any defect in our own work at no charge, including anything that comes up in the first thirty days after launch. Later changes, additions and upkeep are quoted separately. There is no monthly plan.
Preview pages
Pages linked from /work/ and /previews/ are unsolicited design concepts prepared for named local businesses. They are not those businesses' official websites and are clearly marked as previews. If you own a business shown there and would like its page removed, email mahmudurahman01@gmail.com.
Liability
We build and test sites carefully, but we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or outages caused by hosting providers or third-party services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
